QT-32 inclined bed series lathe features a one-piece cast bed with a 30° angle, making it a user-friendly, high-precision, easy-to-understand, and cost-effective CNC lathe. Compared to flat bed lathes, its triangular structure is more stable and rigid, with convenient chip removal. The large spindle is strong, smooth, and has a high clamping force, provided by a hydraulic station, which ensures stable and fast processing of materials up to ф36 in diameter. It can perform various precise operations such as turning, arc cutting, tapering, and threading. The machine comes standard with a following rest, enabling efficient and precise mass production of long slender shafts. By adding a power head, it can also perform end and side milling, as well as drilling and tapping, making it an economical and versatile machine.
