High Precision QT-07D Swiss CNC Lathe Metal Milling Machine for Metalcutting
Product Description
QT-07 core type turning and milling compound three axes are all driven by Taiwan ball guide rail and bus absolute value servo motor. The overall casting structure is more rigid, small and exquisite. It has the characteristics of fast tool changing and high precision. Compared with the row knife processing efficiency of 15%-40%, can be equipped with a variety of automatic feeders, to achieve fully automated production. Left and right row knife structure, row knife number, fast tool change speed. One tow and two power heads can be selected to achieve drilling, milling and tapping molding. Can process a variety of slender shaft, fixed guide sleeve, higher processing accuracy, so that the workpiece to maintain higher coaxiality and finish.
